The Walls Came Tumblin’ Down at the Art House

We’re down to the cinderblock and steel beams inside the new ShowRoom art house theater. Trucks have been moving dirt out all week, along with the furnace and ancient air conditioning system. The remainder of the ceiling should be down by weeks end. Stay tuned for pictures.

Building an Art House Theater: Day 3-4

Lots of activity at 707 Cookman Avenue in Asbury Park these last few days. Besides construction workers, quite a number of gawkers and well-wishers as our new three screen theater complex gets the initial demolition work started.

The new ShowRoom will definitely change the face of Cookman!
